The client is one of the India’s state government organization Motor vehicle department which provides the service around 75 locations in all over the state.
Business Requirement
1.Employee ID Card requestion and approval need to be handled systematically in the application.
2.For Endorsing ID card request digital signature is required
3.Separate tour and training activities of the employees need to be tracked in a separate module
4.Separate Mail triggering functionality is required which should carry the formatted template for leave / permissions / Id card requests separately
5.Separate User profile tracker need to be implemented

Solution Offered
- Provision to all the employees for requesting their ID card through the application has been done in a simplified manner. Also requistion will get posted to the appropriate authorities by the application
- Separate module for ID card approval has been provided and while authority approves any request then automatically his/her digital signature will be placed in the ID card
- Separate modules has been provided in the application for handling the Employees training visits and outside tours with requests and approval functions
- Provision for the admin user to create the Email template and to do the Email configuration has been provided
- Separate user profile module has been provided for the admin user alone to know the user profiles who are all currently logged in
