As their firm employees are split in various locations like Hospitals, Theatres, Malls, Banks, Hotels etc., with strengths from 4 members to 25 members in each location client couldn’t provide a dedicated biometric device for attendance tracking. Organization requires our client to keep monitoring that employee attendance and reporting it to them every month only being fetched from attendance management software.
Solution Provided
The solution we provided addressed their challenges. Timecheck time & attendance management software was Integrated with portable Biometric device started to record attendance of employees. Now, the organization staff can carry the mobile device to various locations like Banks, Malls, Hospitals etc., and collect their employees fingering attendance for the day lively. They can get the data stored within the device temporarily and later after reaching Head Office they can push all the data to server.
