Business Requirement

They were in need of shift scheduling module customization in TimeCheck web application. Having around 1500 employee, they need the option to prepare the shift scheduling chart and here each department heads will review the schedule and give an approval for the same. Also for each module like Permission / On duty / OT / Compensation applications approval will be provided by the respective in- charges assigned in the organization.

Solution Provided

Our Shift scheduling module enabled the client to do the following

• Shift in charge can select the employees on department wise and assign the scheduled shifts.
• Approval authorities can review their team member shift allocations & approve or deny

Newly designed module allowed the client to list each of the following for approval

• Leave / Permission / On duty / OT / Compensation applied by the employees can be viewed by respective authorities of the Organization, they can either approve or deny based on the work.

With this enhancements being done to the application shift manager can shuffle the shift knowing employee’s role and the demand for need. Also, organization authority can approve it in a single click.
