Client requirement was canteen management solution they found manual maintenance of food planning & consumption as a tedious and time consuming task. They preferred to have a software application that automatically records all the canteen activities and facilitates the canteen manager to mange it easily & effortlessly.

Solution Offered

We developed a user friendly Solution with key features that entirely cater to the canteen Management needs of the client. Employee can review the cost of food, availability and place their order for any breakfast, lunch, dinner well in advance at the time of shift-in itself using specific functional keys in the bio-station device.

The application was designed & developed with key features wherein canteen manager can take department wise / organization wise reports on orders placed for breakfast / lunch / dinner. This food planning report assists the manager to make food plan appropriately for the whole day all shift workers without any confusion.

Food consumption report provides details on employee food consumed details as well Food Types, this enables the manager to accurately calculate the value of consumed foods by each employee. Month wise Report s can be generated for Individual Employee / Department wise and Organization wise.
