Client requires TimeCheck Employee Attendance Management System integrated with Visipass Visitor Management Application to cut down the time to register visitors, employee sign in and out, as well monitor data like how often the client visits, his preferred visiting hours, his total visit hours and especially hours spent at each department inside the premises.
Solution Provided
We installed TimeCheck, attendance tracking application Software integrated with visitor management features in their premises.
By using the biometric device we were able to monitor employee shift in & out time, enhance security & streamline visitor check in & check out process at the entrance. The system installed enabled admin user to automatically monitor employee punctuality details along with various other extensive reports which include leaves, permission, cumulative work hours, overtime, on duty etc on demand.
Further the Visitor management application modules helps record visitor details and issue the proximity card that allowed them to access any location or any department inside the organization. After the visitor returns back the card it can be made use of for any other visitor too. The newly enhanced reporting module enables authorized user (Department head) to generate visitor report with data on Name of the Visitor, Organization he belongs to, Proximity card no he used, Details of all his Swipes, Total hours he spent inside the organization and much more required to get necessary insight.
