As described above the client would like to have a reliable easy to use Time & Attendance monitoring software which has features / modules to do shift allocation & rostering of shift etc easily. Especially they need a custom feature to find the list of workers who is repeatedly deviating without coming in the allocated shift. New Provision is required for all supervisors to request for an Employee with particular designation before 2hours of Shift Start. By saying appropriate reason Staff Shortage or Heavy work load etc.,
Solution Provided
We provided timecheck Employee time & attendance tracking software with comprehensive features to keep track of massive no of employee punctuality. The web based software was upgraded to match the client / Industry need.
We especially tailor-made the software to match their exact need, HR Manager/ admin in charge can now allocate the Labour as few Normal Workers, Skilled Workers and Supervisors, all three will be shuffled properly in a required strength based on the production for each shift. We designed the reports to capture data of employees who are not reporting on time to the shift allocated as well they can also get the total no of times the deviation has happened in a month. As per the Organization Policy one time in a month was allowed & for every 3 instances 0.5 CL will be deducted from their leave Quota.
Apart from the above, we specifically designed worker requisition module where the supervisor can request for a labour with a particular designation. In this case, our employee time management software system will automatically avoid listing the names of workers who are working currently in the shift.
The solution offered took off supervisor’s pain point, if any worker asks for leave at the last minute then no worry, they can easily tackle this hectic situation by requesting any other worker who matches him with the same skill set.
